Course Policy (Refund, Placement & Participation)

1. Program Overview

This program provides structured training, assignments, and placement assistance. By enrolling, you agree to comply with all requirements outlined in this policy.

2. Assignment Policy

  • All assignments will be shared via Google Classroom within the defined course timeline and should be submitted to google classroom on time.

  • You are responsible for:

    • Regularly checking Google Classroom

    • Completing and submitting assignments within deadlines

Failure to do so may impact:

  • Course completion status

  • Mock interview eligibility

  • Refund eligibility

We are not responsible for failure to access assignments due to:

  • User negligence

  • Internet or device issues

  • Failure to monitor updates

3. Attendance & Participation

To remain eligible for placement assistance and refund consideration, you must:

  • Attend all live classes or watch all provided recordings

  • Actively participate in course activities

  • Follow all instructions shared during the program

4. Mock Interview Requirement

  • You must successfully clear a mock interview

  • The interview will be based on the project(s) you have completed during the course by yourself. We believe if you have done something by yourself and those things only you are not able to answer, clearly it suggests you didn’t do things yourself or cheated in assignments.

Failure to clear the mock interview will result in:

  • Ineligibility for placement assistance

  • Ineligibility for any refund

5. Placement Assistance

  • Placement assistance will be provided after successful completion of all course requirements

  • You are required to:

    • Attend interviews scheduled for you

    • Respond promptly to communication

    • Participate sincerely in the placement process

Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification from:

  • Placement support

  • Refund eligibility

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • All assignments have been completed and submitted

  • All classes have been attended or recordings fully watched

  • Mock interview has been successfully cleared

  • You have actively participated in the placement process

  • You have followed all program guidelines

6.2 Refund Condition

A refund will be issued only if we are unable to provide placement assistance after you have met all the above requirements.

6.3 Exclusions

No refund will be provided if:

  • Assignments are incomplete or not submitted on time.

  • Classes/recordings are not fully attended

  • Mock interview is not cleared

  • You drop out or become inactive

  • You refuse, miss, or fail to attend interview opportunities

  • You fail to follow instructions or program guidelines

  • You fail to join real scheduled interviews or mock interview

6.4 Evaluation Process

  • All criteria (assignments, attendance, mock interview, participation) will be evaluated based on internal guidelines

  • You may be required to provide proof of completion

  • Refund decisions will be made fairly and in accordance with this policy

6.5 Refund Amount

The total program fee shall be bifurcated as follows:

  • 60% towards training services (“Training Fee”)

  • 40% towards interview preparation and profile building services (“Service Fee”)

Upon completion of the training, the student shall be required to undergo a mock interview assessment to evaluate performance and readiness.

In the event that the student does not successfully clear the mock interview, the student shall be entitled to one of the following options:

  1. Course Re-enrollment:
    The student may opt to repeat the training program in the next available batch at no additional Training Fee, only if next batch is available.

  2. Partial Refund:
    The student may opt to receive a refund equivalent to the Service Fee (i.e., 40% of the total fee). The Training Fee (60%) shall remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

All refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable period as determined by the company and subject to applicable administrative procedures.

7. User Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Actively participate in the course

  • Complete all required tasks on time

  • Maintain professional conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide training and placement assistance but do not guarantee job placement

  • We are not liable for:

    • Job market conditions

    • Hiring decisions made by third parties

    • User performance in interviews

    • Clearly, not responsible for interview clearing. It is based on student’s own efforts during the training.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This policy shall not apply, and the company shall not be held liable for any obligations, including refunds or re-enrollment, in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, economic downturns, recession, adverse job market conditions, government actions, or any other force majeure events.
